Alec yells at a paparazzo who approaches him and his wife and child in the Hamptons, and he doesn’t even stop yelling when a police officer shows up. “I want this man arrested!” he tells them.

Alec is so belligerent when he gets pulled over for biking the wrong way on an NYC street, he’s arrested and taken into a police station.
“New York City is a mismanaged carnival of stupidity that is desperate for revenue and anxious to criminalize behavior once thought benign,” he tweets later.

Alec has three confrontations in a row in New York City. In the first, occurring right outside his apartment building, he insults a reporter asking about his alleged homophobia. (See below.) “You are as dumb as you look,” he tells the guy.
Moments later, he shoves a photographer outside the same building, then smacks the camera out of his hand. “You don’t wanna get hurt, do you?” he says.
And hours after that, wife Hilaria accuses a female reporter of nearly hitting her. Alec gets in her face and yells for her to apologize.

Alec allegedly threatens Tara Palmeri, a New York Post reporter, when she asks him about a pending lawsuit. In her subsequent police statement, she claims he said, “I want to choke you to death.”
She also alleges he used the racial epithet “coon” in reference to her photographer, a black man, also calling him a “drug dealer.”

Alec is booted off an American Airlines flight from LAX to JFK after arguing with flight attendants, following their request that he stop playing “Words With Friends” on his cell phone because the cabin door was closed.
According to fellow passengers, he slams the lavatory door so hard, the captain of the flight came out of the cockpit to see what was the matter.
