‘ANTM’ Cycle 4 Winner Naima Mora Sues Alberta Ferretti For Sexual Harassment

We don’t know what to be more shocked by — that America’s Next Top Model alum Naima Mora is claiming sexual harassment, or that it was from when she was working as a sales associate!

The Cycle 4 winner is now engaged in a lawsuit against the Alberta Ferretti West Hollywood store, and the details are pretty wild.

According to the docs obtained by TMZ, the model — who we last saw snag the crown over Kahlen in 2005 — is suing the boutique for the treatment she says she received while working at the store in 2015.

Though she was only an employee for four months, she says she dealt with inappropriate comments and unwanted advancements from her manager from the moment she started there.

The alleged torment caused her to reach a breaking point in October of that year, when the accused is said to have spanked her in front of other staffers in a meeting.

Not only that, but she claims he further assaulted her by shoving her head!

Sadly, when she reached out to HR about the incident, she maintains they did nothing to help.

Naima ultimately resigned after weeks of suffering panic attacks on the way to work.

The manager in question has not yet been identified, and the boutique has chosen not to comment on the lawsuit.

We were surprised to hear the Detroit gal, who was only 20 when she won ANTM, was working in sales after early success in a CoverGirl ads, Elle magazine, and Us Weekly.

She also released a book in 2012, and just last year, a clothing line with designer Geo Hitoma titled Naima x Hitoma.
