Birdman Sued For $300K in Back Wages Amid Lil Wayne Backlash (VIDEO)

Things aren’t looking too great these days for the Cash Money label.

Amid the growing feud between CEO Birdman and his “adopted” son and artist, Lil Wayne, the music mogul is also being accused of owing thousands in back wages.

According to Bossip, former employee Javier Nuno filed a lawsuit against Birdman (real name Bryan Williams) in Miami Circuit court, claiming he was never paid for his services from September 2012 to February 2015.

In the documents, Javier explained he worked out of the rapper’s Florida mansion for more than 40 hours a week, with a promised salary of $4,000 a month (or $25 an hour).

However, the plaintiff said the rapper violated federal labor laws and he’s seeking $112,000 in regular wages in addition to $42,000 in overtime and another $154,000 in damages for a grand total of $308,000.

This lawsuit is just the latest in the record label’s legal battles. Just recently Lil Wayne, who shut down negotiation talks with his former mentor, continued to bash the label by yelling “F—k Birdman! F—k Cash Money!” at another concert.

Looks like Birdman’s got quite a few people demanding justice!
