Vicki Gunvalson Reacts to Brooks Ayers Tell-All Rumors
Brooks Ayers can write whatever he wants — and Vicki Gunvalson has a good reason why she’s “not at all concerned” about it.
Looks like the most hated person in Real Housewives of Orange County history should have looked closely before signing his name to legal papers when he began dating the reality star.
“He can write whatever he wants except he cannot write about Vicki, her career, family, or anything else concerning her,” a statement from the reality star’s rep said.
“Vicki long ago had the boyfriend sign a fiercely written and executed confidentiality agreement,” the statement continued. “He cannot write about her at all. That was signed in the very beginning [of their relationship].”
Vicki and Brooks dated for five years and, in the last leg of their romance, were plagued by allegations the Mississippi native was lying about his cancer diagnosis and treatment. This storyline played out on the most recent season of RHOC, alienating Vicki from her castmates.
Brooks revealed his plans to write the tell-all book to Page Six last week and threatened to discuss Vicki’s daughter, Briana Culberson, at great length in hopes of fixing his reputation.
While Vicki and her daughter are off limits thanks to the contract he signed with his former love, it seems Brooks doesn’t have any contractual obligations to not discuss what supposedly happened behind the scenes of RHOC.
