Just a week after his tell-all Interview with Diane Sawyer aired, there’s bad news for Bruce Jenner. As a result of the horrific car wreck Bruce was involved in last February that killed a woman named Kim Howe, Bruce is being sued for wrongful death.

According to People, Kim’s step children are suing Bruce for “negligent, careless, and reckless driving at the time of the accident on Pacific Coast Highway in LA when Bruce rear ended Kim’s car, causing it to be pushed into traffic and run into a Hummer in the intersection.

Since the accident happened last winter, Bruce has cooperated fully with police, and their investigation is still ongoing. Unfortunately, at this time, his rep has yet to comment, but hopefully we’ll hear from the rep or from Bruce himself soon about what’s going on.

Earlier reports about a possible lawsuit claimed that Kim’s step children were allegedly not close to her when the accident occurred, but legally, they are entitled to seek retribution if they choose.

This is certainly an obstacle for Bruce, but being that he has such an awesome support system in place, we’re sure he has plenty of people to turn to for help when he needs it. Here’s hoping the rest of 2015 is brighter for him than the first half was!
