Caitlyn Jenner Sued Over Fatal Car Crash, Again — Report
This time the legal trouble comes from Grammy winner Peter Wolf-Millesi, who says the Olympian’s behind-the-wheel behavior has caused his entire family immense suffering.
The music industry veteran was in an H2 Hummer in front of Caitlyn’s vehicle during the Malibu incident. The 66-year-old rear-ended Kim Howe’s Lexus, causing her to “swerve into oncoming traffic, where she struck the Wolf-Millesi's car,” People says.
Howe died during the Pacific Coast Highway accident, but the individuals in Peter’s car survived. The award winner claims he has “severe nerve damage to his wrists and hands,” while his wife, Lea, needs continued orthopedic treatment, according to reports.
A baby in the vehicle, Gaetano, was allegedly “not responding at the scene,” but lived after being taken to UCLA’s emergency room. An unspecified woman was permanently disabled following a severe cervical fracture.
The family is demanding an unknown amount of damages from the reality star, despite LAPD’s investigation, which determined she was driving below the speed limit and “minimally slower” than the late Howe.
Although Caitlyn was cleared by law enforcement, the dead woman’s family is suing Kylie Jenner’s father along with the Wolf-Millesis.
