Carrie Underwood Debuts Post-Baby Body, Talks Son Isaiah
Carrie Underwood has been one busy lady these past few months — all with welcoming her first child, Isaiah Michael Fisher, with husband Mike Fisher in February 2015 — so it’s a wonder how this gal managed to exercise with her new mom schedule. As a testament to her determination, Carrie debuted her post-baby body almost four months after giving birth. Talk about impressive!

That’s right, the country crooner is already back in tip-top shape, and she credits time management as a method in which she fits in workouts during her son’s nap time. “Having a baby definitely changes your routine, and I have to work around his schedule,” the 32-year-old mother explains to People. “Whenever he goes to sleep, I do the things I need to do for myself and make workouts happen when they can.”
But don’t think that just because this gal added the M-word to her resume, that she’s taking things easy when it comes to her athletic apparel line, Calia, music, and what have you. Turns out Carrie hasn’t really taken much time off ever since welcoming Baby Isaiah!
“I really haven’t taken that much time ‘off’ because there are always things to do. It’s been really nice to be able to focus my attention on Isaiah and our family ... But it’s been really nice as well to be creative, working on music, working on Calia. Making clothing that every woman can wear and enjoy makes me feel good.”

Carrie was pretty open about her desire to getting her body back after carrying her son for nine months. In fact, just weeks before giving birth to Isaiah, the then-expectant singer dished to People, saying, “I’m looking forward to reclaiming my body. I’ve been saying it’s been on loan for the past many months,” adding, “I’m excited to take it back.” Sure looks like she did!
Now that Carrie has made her post-baby debut, she’s gearing up for her post-baby music debut, which will take place at the 2015 CMT Music Awards on June 10. “I’m excited to get back onstage,” Carrie gushes. And we can’t wait to hear this gal sing again!
