The 7 Most Moving ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Dances Ever (VIDEOS)
Dancing With the Stars sure knows how to tug at the heartstrings, as it proved again with the Season 22 Finale Freestyles.
Nyle DiMarco, especially, blew fans away with this Freestyle, which Carrie Ann Inaba called the best dance she'd ever seen on the show.
We're not sure if we'd go quite as far as Carrie Ann, though we did love the dance.
After all, there have been plenty of other super emotional dances over the seasons, as these other six tear-inducing examples prove.
J.R. Martinez, Season 13 Rumba
J.R. Martinez opened up about his war wounds and paid tribute to fallen soldiers with this story week Rumba. It's a stunning dance, and his emotions are felt in every move.
Andy Dick, Season 16 Viennese Waltz
Andy Dick was never the best dancer, but he had so much heart. This tribute to the daughter he loved but was afraid he put "through hell" because of his own troubles was one of the standout moments of his season.
Amy Purdy, Season 18 Contemporary
Amy Purdy's Most Memorable Year dance captured the anguish of losing her legs and the strength it took her to overcome and rise above that challenge. Yeah, it hit us, hard.
Noah Galloway, Season 20 Freestyle
War vet Noah's Freestyle was a gorgeous ode to how far he's come.
Nastia Liukin, Season 20 Viennese Waltz
Nastia Liukin and Derek Hough danced a stunning tribute to judge Len Goodman during what people thought could be his last season on the show. Admit it: You teared up when Len came on and danced with Nastie at the end.
Bindi Irwin's Season 20 Contemporary
Bindi Irwin had several moving tributes to her dad, Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin, but this Most Memorable Year Contemporary was our very favorite.
