Farrah Abraham’s Daughter Sophia Will No Longer Appear on ‘Teen Mom OG’
Like it or not, the Abraham family's presence is dwindling on Teen Mom OG.
Farrah Abraham's mom Debra has been getting less screentime this season now that she sees less and less of Farrah IRL, and her 8-year-old granddaughter, Sophia, seems to be following suit.
That's right, folks — Farrah is taking her daughter off of the show.
The FroCo owner has made some, uh, interesting parenting decisions over the years, including waxing her eyebrows when she was just 4 years old, allowing her to wear makeup to first grade, and buying her a miniature horse and a golf cart for Christmas 2016. Never forget!
But now, the single mom is making another drastic parenting decision by taking Soph off of the long-running MTV series, and the reason is sort of surprising.
“I will say Sophia is not going to continue to be on Teen Mom,” Farrah told In Touch.
"Sophia is not going to continue to talk about sex and unplanned pregnancies and all that stuff — so she’ll go on to do something better."
This is undoubtedbly a jab at the Backdoor Teen Mom's co-star, Amber Portwood, who announced last month she's expecting her second child, a boy, with new boyfriend Andrew Glennon.
But don't worry, guys — the little girl won't exactly be out of a job.
“Hopefully she’ll be doing makeup brands or clothing,” the business owner added of her mini-me. “She’s already in fashion so that’s more her thing and her life.”
As fans know, Soph "runs" her children's boutique, Sophia Laurent, in Austin, Texas, and has even walked the runway at New York Fashion Week!
As for school? The little cutie has reportedly been home-schooled starting with this school year, which Farrah said was because other kids were "jealous" of her daughter's success.
It'll be interesting to see if Simon Saran's ex actually makes good on her threats, though, especially since this is the second time an OG mom has talked about taking her kid off the show.
When TMOG first debuted in 2015, Maci Bookout banned cameras from filming Bentley for a short while since she didn't want her son associated with Farrah and her extra-cirricular adult entertainment ventures.
Luckily, that only lasted a few episodes and Benny is now back on our screens every week.
Meanwhile, the Texas gal shared a sweet tribute to her only child just in time for the holidays.

"The Best Daughter, such a beautiful, loving, compassionate child, as Christmas comes around again I’m thankful to God for my best gift in life my daughter," she captioned the sweet throwback shot from Season 1 of Teen Mom.
"Happy Holidays Family & remember it’s not all about the 'stuff' but it’s the joys of life experiences with the ones you most love."
Says the one who bought her kid a mini horse...
