Watch Out! The Walking Dead’s Greg Nicotero Has a New AMC Horror Anthology in the Works


Can’t get enough of those awesomely creepy The Walking Dead zombies?

More scary fare is headed to AMC and a key TWD name is already attached.

AMC announced their slate of upcoming new shows.

And it’s every horror fan’s dream, TBH.


The man responsible for TWD’s gory SFX has been handed a creepy series of his own, naturally.

Greg’s homage to B horror movies, Shock Theater, will tell a new story with each episode, Entertainment Weekly reports.


Greg’s new position as executive producer of Shock Theater will naturally pull some of his attention away from TWD.

But the showrunner already has multitasking experience splitting his time between the zombie drama and its sister show Fear the Walking Dead.

We’re sure he can work it out.


Three more intriguing new series look to be heading to the network.

One includes a look at the dark side of pop culture with Talking Dead’s Chris Hardwick.


Another is an untitled alien body-snatching thriller starring The Office's Rainn Wilson.

And finally, Get Out producer Jason Blum’s Wicked West will focus on nonfiction stories of violence and the supernatural from the days of the Wild West.
