Former Bachelor Jesse Palmer Joins Good Morning America

If you missed your weekly dose of Jesse Palmer since his season of The Bachelor (aka you don't keep up with his sportscaster career), miss him no more, because he’s back in a major way. Get ready to start your day with the former NFL star as soon as he begins his new gig at Good Morning America!

Jesse’s been selected as GMA’s newest special contributor, host Robin Roberts announced this week. So what will Jesse be doing as a special contributor? In a memo from ABC News president James Goldston, it was revealed that Jesse will be on during the second hour of the show, sharing special events and news.

“Since joining the GMA team, Jesse’s passion and versatility have been invaluable," the memo said. "He has an infectious enthusiasm for news, an innate ability to tell stories in a unique way, and an insider’s perspective on the big sports headlines of the day."

ABC isn’t the only one excited to have Jesse join the team. The former Bachelor and footballer is pretty psyched, too.

“I'm so humbled. I'm so excited for this fantastic opportunity to work with you all. I want to thank everyone at ABC and the ABC family for this. And ESPN for continuing to support me,” Jesse said.

Congrats on the new job, Jesse! We can’t wait to see you on GMA!
