Josh Duggar Is No Longer Seeking Treatment Following Multiple Scandals

Josh Duggar is done receiving help.

After seeking treatment following his molestation and cheating scandals, the former 19 Kids and Counting star is no longer in therapy.

Since he first started therapy over two years ago, the father of five has been able to change his lifestyle for the better.

“He’s doing great,” a source told Radar Online.

“He’s really folding into the lifestyle that comes with a new baby. He seems to have made some serious changes in his life.”

The 29-year-old and his wife, Anna Duggar, have five children — Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus, Meredith, and newborn Mason, who was born in September.

When asked if the former reality star is still in treatment, the source said, “Nope.”

Josh first found himself in trouble back in 2015 when police reports revealed he was accused of molesting five women as a teen, two of them being his sisters.

Then, just a few months later, he was caught cheating on his wife using the website Ashley Madison.

Following his individual time in treatment, the pair also began couple’s therapy.

“Since the residential treatment program ended, we have been working with a professional marriage and family counselor to take important steps toward healing,” they said in a statement.

“It isn’t easy and some days are very difficult. It is a long road to rebuild trust and a truly healthy relationship.”

It continued, “We are very thankful for God’s forgiveness, grace and help, as it is our strength and guide to rebuilding our lives.

“As the future unfolds, we are taking one day at a time and we are grateful for your continued prayers for both of us and our sweet children.”

However, despite being out of therapy now, sources said the couple was still in counseling before the birth of their fifth child just a few months ago.

“They have continued to work through their issues in couple’s counseling,” a source said.

“If there was a problem we wouldn’t know about it. They put on a front.”
