Kanye West Gives Kim Kardashian His Most Touching, Emotional Birthday Gift Yet (VIDEO)
Kanye West just showed off his soft side — we didn’t even know it existed.
The “Famous” rapper honored wife Kim Kardashian West for her 36th birthday with a touching video tribute.
“Happy Birthday babe” he captioned the video, which contained home footage of Kim as a child with her late father Robert Kardashian. BRB sobbing.
The Yeezy designer recently told fans he was getting rid of his phone and social media to help with his artistic endeavors.
“I got rid of my phone so I can have air to create,” he wrote in a tweet on September 14.
But his comeback to Twitter with the precious video couldn’t have been more perfect. Seriously, try not to cry when you watch it.
The five minute clip, set to his song “Only One,” meticulously pieced together adorable footage of Kim’s early years and showed just how much her father loved his family.
“Kimberly, follow your honest beliefs and stay strong,” he tells his daughter in one of his clips.
While Kanye may be back in the limelight, Kim is still MIA after her Paris robbery.
And now a shocking new interview has been released of Kim by 60 Minutes — which shows the reality star talking about her lack of privacy right before the traumatizing event.
“There are pitfalls — lack of privacy, loss of privacy — and that’s not for everyone,” she tells 60 Minutes correspondent Bill Whitaker.
“For me, I can handle it,” she says.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star goes on to attribute social media for the success of her career during the interview — which is also the reason for her robbery attack.
Since the incident, the star has been totally absent from her social media pages, including Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat.
While there are no signs of Kim returning to social media anytime soon, at least we have Kanye to help with our withdrawals.
