Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett & Patti Open Up in Therapy in ‘Kendra on Top’ Sneak Peek (VIDEO)

Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and her mom Patti have had a rocky relationship for years now, but hopefully they’re finally making headway in fixing their relationship.

After being forced to confront their issues during the latest season of Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars: Family Edition, the mother-daughter duo are now heading back to therapy.

In a new sneak peek for her reality series, Kendra on Top, Kendra has to face her mother as she tells her how she hurt Kendra the most.

In the clip, the 32-year-old must sit down in a seat directly in front of her mother, so close that they can hold hands.

“This is gonna be an exercise in communication,” their therapist says. “I’m going to give you each a chance to make a statement.

“At the end of it, all the other person who is listening can say is, ‘Thank you for sharing. I’ll take that into consideration.”

They begin with Kendra, who’s given a prompt that she must conclude with her own statement.

“The thing you did that hurt me the most is going to social media with our issues,” she tells her mom.

“I really didn’t see a way to come back from that because I didn’t know what would be used against me in the future.”

The mom of two was referring to how her mother tweeted about Kendra and her family back in 2015, claiming that Kendra would do anything for ratings.

Prior to Marriage Boot Camp, the pair hadn’t spoken in years and Kendra exclusively told Wetpaint in April that she’d closed the door on having a relationship with her mom.

During her confessional in the clip, the Girls Next Door alum admits being upfront and honest with her mom was “uncomfortable and scary.”

“But I have to be honest,” she adds.

“When my mom goes public and goes on social media, sells me out, it feels like a straight-up knife in the back,” she goes on to say.

“It hurts. It makes me feel like there goes all the trust.”

The clip ends with Patti being given her own prompt and it’s an interesting one.

“The reason I really want to write this book is,” the therapist says, referring to the tell-all book she’s been threatening to write about her daughter.

Fans will have to tune into the episode to find out her answer.
