Kenya Moore Talks Donald Trump and Body Shaming on ‘The Real’
No shame in her game!
The one-time pageant queen dishes about her time with Trump today, October 26, on The Real.
“I do believe he had his favorites. I wasn't blonde and I … wasn’t a size double zero so … I may not have been his favorite,” the former Miss USA shares of her interaction with Trump while competing on Season 7 of the reality game show.
After co-host Loni Love jokingly jumps in to ask, “Did he grab you?” Kenya resumes, “Uhh, no … He didn’t grab me, but he was very fair to me.”
On the topic of body shaming, the voluptuous star admits, “I was a little disappointed that he criticized Alicia Machado, who was a former Miss Universe, for gaining some weight during her term.”
The 45-year-old reality star then begins to detail her own personal struggle with the so-called industry standards.
“I’m not a skinny girl. I used to model, act and I’ve been asked to lose weight before, several times," she reveals.
"I love the body that I’m in. I’m healthy, I feel fit, I feel strong,” she proudly continues. “But, I don’t think anybody should body shame anyone.”
Twirl on that, Trump!
