How Did Khloe Kardashian Drop 35 Pounds? Her Trainer Reveals All!
Khloe Kardashian deserves a pat on back for all the hard work she’s put in at the gym. This gal dropped a whopping 35 lbs and it’s certainly showing! Need we remind you of her smoking-hot Complex cover, where she showed off her newly-defined bod — which she considers her “revenge” body.
In fact, her trainer, Gunnar Peterson can attest to Khloe’s work ethic at the gym, and he recently dished to People about how the 31-year-old Kardashian star took charge of her body and got those results.
“She never cancels,” Gunnar says of their training sessions. “It can be a night where she’s short on sleep. It can be a day where she has an engagement for that day. She may have something at 8 — then we’re going at 6.”
In fact, Khloe is so dedicated to her fitness craft, she clocks in gym time with Gunnar about five times-a-week for an hour, and each session is different from the previous. Whether she’s working on cardio, weights, or what have you, no gym day is the same for Khloe — and she proves that on Instagram, which is basically her fitness diary.
“Khloe gives as much to the gym as the gym gives to her. She’s in love with fitness.”
What’s more, Khloe has revved up her diet and while she’s not on a strict one, Gunnar says she’s become more conscious of what she feeds her body. “She’s made better choices when she eats. She’s been more conscious about working on sleep habits. She hydrates better.”
So now that Khloe is down 35 lbs., is she going to ease up? Absolutely not! Gunnar reiterates that Khloe is just getting started with her fitness lifestyle.
“She keeps getting after it and she keeps getting better,” he praises. “We’re always playing with [our workouts]; we’re always making it that much more challenging.”
