Kim Kardashian Lets Patrick Starr Do Her Makeup and It’s Amazing (VIDEO)
Kim Kardashian has officially brought her perfectly contoured face to YouTube.
The 36-year-old star gets her makeup done by viral makeup artist Patrick Starr in a video that debuted on his YouTube channel on August 2.
In the video, the beauty blogger uses highlight and contour sticks from Kim's cosmetics line, KKW Beauty.
The pals discuss such hot-gossip topics as Kim's morning pee routine, and, of course, how her products make contouring a cinch for everyday consumers.
Now we can all have faces that are perfectly angled!
“I think I just wanted people to get that contouring is not that hard. I think people think you have to be a professional in order to really contour, but with the sticks it’s so easy. It’s kind of like Do-It-Yourself at home," she says.
If the mom of two could release a Pinterest board of her other DIY explorations, we would be very grateful, thank you.
Kimmy gifted the world another tutorial when she walked viewers through her own makeup routine back in June, the same month KKW Beauty launched.
The first wave of official merchandise — an on-brand line of contour kits — sold out in just a few hours.
OMG Medium has sold out! I can't believe it! In just a few minutes!Kim Kardashian West (@KimKardashian) June 21, 2017
But a few hours is basically a century compared to how long it took for the mommy mogul's little sister Kylie Jenner to sell out her first round of original lip kits.
It is truly a family of moguls.
"My first video was my daily glam makeup routine. I had been making a ton of videos at home but they were filmed on my Nikon D90 and I didn’t know how to format it properly on YouTube, so it came out really blurry," he said. "But I worked at it and I got better."
"It’s completely surreal that I’m able to show my parents that I’m an example to my siblings and I’m able to inspire others," he continued.
And now, literally do Kim Kardashian's makeup. #Goals!
In 2014, the blogger, whose real name is Patrick Simondac, pretended to do makeup on Kim using her wax figure in New York city. On Instagram, he opened up about now working with the actual person.
Instagram vs. RealityI seriously had no idea that pretending to play on @kimkardashian wax figure in NYC would foreshadow doing her real FACE for YouTube! Please never give up on your dreams. Thank you @kkwbeauty and @kimkardashian for having me! You never know what 3 years and hard work can do! #patrickstarrr #kimkardashian #kkwbeauty
"Please never give up on your dreams," he said. "You never know what 3 years and hard work can do!"
