Joining the ranks of many who wished Kourtney Kardashian happy birthday on April 18 was ex Scott Disick — and his message really got people talking.

The 32-year-old star posted a throwback pic from 2009 of him and the mother of his three kids — Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and 16-month-old Reign — sharing a smooch while swimming in the ocean.

He added the caption: “Happy birthday @kourtneykardash everyone who knows you loves you so much! (sic)”

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star — who split from Scott in July last year after a nine-year relationship — celebrated her birthday yesterday in Iceland with sister Kim Kardashian West and her hubby, Kanye West.

The cutest moment came during dinner when her sister Kim came out with one of Kourtney's many cakes as they are enjoying a vacation in Iceland together.

While Kourt’s kids and baby daddy didn’t join her on the trip, she did also bring along family friends Jonathan Cheban, Simon Huck, and even R&B singer The Dream. The fun-loving crew celebrated with snowy adventures and a cake singalong.

And Scott wasn't the only one feeling nostalgic on Kourtney's birthday. Momager Kris Jenner shared an adorable baby pic of her eldest child to celebrate the day.
