Lucy Liu’s Billionaire Boyfriend “Has Israeli Bodyguards Follow Her Around” — Report

Did you even know Lucy Liu had a long-term boyfriend? It's pretty Elementary to imagine it — the stunning actress could probably point to just about any guy on the street and make him hers. But you don't hear much about the relationship or see the couple in too many photos.

According to the New York Post's Page Six, this is because Lucy and her boyfriend of almost four years, Israeli-American hedge-fund billionaire Noam Gottesman, don't go out in public much, and when they do head out they are well protected. "And he has Israeli bodyguards follow her around,” one source added to Page Six.

Well, that'll keep the paparazzi at bay!

Forbes currently lists Noam's net worth at $2 billion. For comparison's sake, Jay Z and Beyonce's combined net worth is half that, at $1 billion. In case you want details on what billions can get you, in 2008 he sold a 14,700-square-foot mansion in London to a billionaire steel tycoon, and Forbes said the $196 million sale turned the mansion into the most expensive home in Britain at the time. In the same year, he bought an old factory in Manhattan for $34 million and tore it down to build a 12,000-square-foot mansion. Page Six said Noam also owns an estate in Hampshire, England, where he's said to have hosted celebs like Bey and Jay.

Noam is divorced, and reportedly has four children from the marriage. He's also a well known art collector and is said to be helping Lucy, 45, with her career as an artist, since the Ally McBeal and Kill Bill alum has been painting since she was a teen, went to art school, and has had several gallery shows. But she probably doesn’t need his help, since she’d been doing her own thing for so long before they got together, and she’s been donating proceeds from her artwork to UNICEF for years.

Anyway, props to the couple for keeping their lives relatively private for such a high profile pair. They’re not even in the one percent, it’s like the .0001!
