Mariah Carey and James Packer’s Outrageous Prenup Details Released

Mariah Carey may be a diva — but her former fiancé James Packer takes the cake!

Though the singer’s engagement with the billionaire is over, sources reveal that the former couple was negotiating one of the craziest prenups ever.

James’s outrageous requests were so demeaning that Mariah’s legal staff rejected it immediately and called it “tacky and insulting,” TMZ reports.

The insane conditions involved restrictions on gifts to the pop star, even stating that any clothes bought by James are not to be used during any of her performances.

"Except for gifts between them for their engagement, wedding or on birthdays and anniversaries, no item of jewelry and/or personal adornment costing over $250,000 will be deemed a gift unless accompanied by, or promptly followed by, a writing specifically stating 'This is my gift to you.'"

And what’s worse — the mogul got Mariah’s children with ex Nick Cannon involved in the document.

"Mariah shall provide all clothing for her children,” the doc read.

In addition, her children Monroe, Moroccan Scott Cannon and their nannies are only allowed to board one of the billionaire’s private aircrafts under his discretion.

If those conditions didn’t leave every feminist cringing — this next one sure will.

The musician was set to be awarded a yearly allowance during their marriage.

"James will pay Mariah, and Mariah shall accept, $6 million dollars per year for each full year of marriage, up to a maximum of $30 million ... adjusted pro-rata on a weekly basis [$151,385 per week]."

The Australian businessman also issued a credit card for Mariah to use with a cap on how much she could spend in a month.

"James shall cause a credit card(s) to be issued for use by Mariah and staff ... the amount of expenses ... shall not exceed US $____ per calendar month."

Thankfully the 46-year-old rejected his 1950s style pre-nup and instead sources claim she agreed to a $50 million lump sum if the marriage failed.
