Ali Fedotowsky Reveals She Suffered a Previous Miscarriage (VIDEO)

Mama-to-be Ali Fedotowsky has always been open about her desire to have a child, which is probably why it’s so heartbreaking now to find out this wasn’t actually her first pregnancy.

The Bachelorette Season 6 star and fiancé Kevin Manno are opening up this week on The Doctors about suffering a miscarriage in the past.

"It's hard for me to talk about because I know some people suffer miscarriages far along in their pregnancy," Ali begins in the above sneak peek clip.

The Bachelorette goes on to share she received a positive result on a pregnancy test which got the couple excited they'd conceived. They even had the news they were expecting confirmed by a doctor.

Unfortunately, something went wrong, though you'll have to tune into the January 29 episode to hear more about what happened. Luckily, we know they’re in a much happier place now after getting engaged in September and then announcing their pregnancy earlier this month.

“We are so thrilled that we are going to be parents!” Ali wrote at the time. “We've been pretty vocal about our desire to start a family as soon as possible and feel incredibly lucky to be able to share that we have a little one on the way!”

The 31-year-old, who is in her second trimester, will also talk more about her pregnancy experience so far — which, according to her Twitter activity, includes enjoying the food benefits:

We’ll be curious to see if the future Mr. and Mrs. Manno also share more about their wedding plans. When Wetpaint spoke with Ali early last month, she estimated a 2017 wedding date.
