Rachel Lindsay Cheers on Rumored Ex-Boyfriend Kevin Durant at the NBA Finals

While the rest of us were griping over this week’s Bachelorette 2017 being bumped for the NBA Finals, Rachel Lindsay was enjoying the game!

The Dallas gal and Bachelor pal Whitney Fransway took an impromptu trip to San Francisco on Monday for the championship game between the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Not exactly headline-making news, until you remember...

… Rachel used to date one of the team’s star players!

As we learned recently, long before the 32-year-old started dating 31 men at once, she was reportedly in a relationship with someone who is now a pretty major basketball star: Kevin Durant!

The Golden State small forward and the Bachelorette were together while in college at the University of Texas at Austin.

He was a freshman and she was a senior (get it, girl!), and the two are said to have called it quits only because she was heading off to Wisconsin for law school at Marquette University.

So it was pretty interesting to see the lawyer cheering on her former beau in the big game on Monday night.

It seems to have worked, too. His team dominated the Cavs, taking home the championship victory!

In a series of videos and pics posted to both girls’ Instagram stories, we see them screaming from the stands as yellow confetti fell to honor the SF team’s win.

Actually, Kevin was even spotlighted during the celebration, receiving the NBA Finals MVP trophy! Looks like his ex-girlfriend was good luck!

“The energy was crazy last night with Dub Nation and @whitneyfransway,” the Bachelorette captioned a series of shots from the big night.

“Congrats to the @warriors on their championship! #nbafinals #abc #girlsnight.”

Now, just because she flew out to celebrate an ex’s big milestone, doesn’t mean her fiancé — spoil yourself over here! — has anything to worry about.

Rach has been on record about her love of athletics. After all, she did study sports management as an undergrad at UT Austin, and later sports law at Marquette.

Plus, after watching her on Nick Viall’s season and her own, she definitely seems like the type to remain on good terms with her exes — as long as things didn’t messily.

Add this to the long list of reasons why we love her so much!

The Bachelorette airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
