Raven-Symoné Apologizes to NeNe Leakes

NeNe Leakes’ feud with Raven-Symoné may finally be coming to an end.

Just a few weeks after NeNe made an ill-fated appearance on The View, after which she chided the show’s hosts for being “mean girls” who “weren’t kind” to her during the interview (making it clear she was talking about Raven in particular) the former Disney star has apologized to Real Housewives of Atlanta’s former Queen Bee.

“I feel sad for her. She came to my house party. I don't understand what happened, but that's her right if she felt that way. Just like our opinion, that's her opinion,” Raven tells E! News. “Sorry, girl. My bad.”

However, it wasn’t long before Raven undid any goodwill she had created with a rant that made it seem as though she's probably not entirely apologetic, and making it abundantly clear she doesn’t know what the First Amendment is.

"I'm in a job where it's about opinions and it's about my opinion on certain things and so everyone gets scrutinized for their opinion even though we live in America and we're supposed to have free speech," says Raven.

In spite of the understandable frustration her misunderstanding of the Constitution has caused, Raven is ready to move on.

"I think that the best way that I can handle it is say my peace, stand behind my truth and move on myself,” she says.

Isn’t that just so Raven?
