‘RHOBH’ Alum Carlton Gebbia Sued For Attacking Former Housekeeper
Carlton Gebbia’s former housekeeper is taking her to court.
The ex Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is being hit with a lawsuit after reportedly treating her help poorly for six years.
The housekeeper, who is referred to as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, claims she has also been the reality star’s nanny, chauffeur, grocery shopper, and assistant since 2011.
In the lawsuit, Jane says Carlton was often under the influence of alcohol and was both physically and verbally abusive towards her.
In fact, she reportedly slapped Jane inside her Beverly Hills home just four months ago.
Another supposed violent incident occurred after Jane texted Carlton’s husband, David, saying she had broken the TV with a baseball bat.
Carlton then became angry and pushed Jane against a door.
Jane was then reportedly given two weeks off to deal with her injuries, but she was fired the following month.
The housekeeper also claims Carlton has repeatedly tried to harm herself.
In fact, she claims the former Bravolebrity once supposedly threw herself off the second story of her home.
Carlton responded to the lawsuit and told TMZ “she and her family were very good to their housekeeper for six years.”
She also claims the housekeeper stopped coming to work after she was accused of taking jewelry.
Carlton denies ever being abusive towards Jane, but she does admit she hit her TV with a baseball bat.
