Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna Finally Settle Custody Battle Over Daughter Dream
After months and months of drama, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and his baby mama have reached an agreement over the parenting of their 10-month-old daughter Dream.
In fact, the former pair seemed to handle the situation with a lot of maturity.
Hey, there’s a first time for everything...right?!
According to TMZ, the 30-year-old was awarded a little bit more than fifty percent custody of their daughter.
The reality star agreed to pay the mother of two, who also has 4-year-old son King Cairo with ex Tyga, $20K a month in child support.
Chyna also agreed to drop the abuse allegations against Rob in return for the child support money.
Sources say the father of one agreed to pay more than he wanted for child support, but he’s happy to have been awarded more custody time.
In fact, the 29-year-old reportedly wanted Rob to pay $50K, but he was only interested in paying $10K.
The $20K they agreed upon will go to paying their nannies, but Rob is supposedly concerned Chyna will prioritize partying over being a mom.
Meanwhile, the brunette beauty is reportedly being investigated by the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services because they’re concerned for the safety of Dream.
However, Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, says that’s absolutely not the case.
“Chyna is a loving, devoted mother who simply wants to peacefully co-parent her healthy, happy baby Dream with Rob,” she shared in a statement.
“We are unaware of any current investigation suggesting otherwise. We have not received notice of any DCFS filing nor have we been able to find any in the court files.”
As for Rob, he’s just looking to be the best father he can be for little Dream.
“Rob is listening to advice from his family and instructions from his lawyer to behave,” a source recently told People.
“Everyone wants him to be quiet and not get into any more trouble. He isn’t happy about going to court, but he also isn’t agreeing with Chyna’s demands."
