Selena Gomez Completes 2-Week Treatment For Anxiety & Depression
Selena Gomez is focused on her health in 2018.
Following a tough year, the “Bad Liar” songstress is working on improving her well-being.
In fact, the pop star just completed a two-week treatment program for depression and anxiety.
"She had a difficult year, especially towards the end, and she decided she wanted to spend some time focusing on herself," a source told E! News.
"It was all about wellness and her health."
The 25-year-old sought help in New York City and had the support of her boyfriend, Justin Bieber.
"She wanted to get back to a healthy place. She feels great."
After a tough few years regarding her health, the former Disney star knows she doesn’t want to go back to the way she was before.
“She doesn’t want to slip back to where she was ever,” a source told Us Weekly.
“She always wants to be proactive.”
Thankfully, it was a totally positive experience.
“She’s had a lot going on the last few months and she wanted to clear her mind and thought this was the way to do it,” the source continued.
“She loved it. She will be back at some point during the year.”
Following treatment, Sel and the 23-year-old were spotted attending church together in Los Angeles.
"They were very happy to see everyone there and were giving lot of hugs and saying hello as they entered," a source said.
"They both seemed happy and relaxed.”
The source continued, "Everyone around them knows how much they mean to each other and they are truly on a great path together."
