Plus, will we finally get to the bottom of her claims she suffered abuse as a child?!

Later, Catelynn Lowell updates us on her mental health, Butch's sobriety (which isn't going great, BTW), and explains that whole Matt Baier/Xanax debacle once and for all.

Farrah, to Dr. Drew, on why she despises Dr. David so much

"I think the person she is engaged with...that was probably the second or third time that I attempted [to get to know him]. It was a family trip, I tried to talk to him previously...if somebody can't be a part of the family that he's trying to be apart of then that's his own fault.

"When somebody purposely acts hateful towards somebody, I'm not going to be nice anymore. I don't really care to talk about irrelevant people. I have a lot of people in my past, in my life, I don't like to bring irrelevant people into conversations anymore. If you'd like to talk about somebody other than that then I'll talk about that."

"Good, I think we're in a good place. I don't have to argue or be bothered so it's just happy.

Farrah, on her relationship with Simon and reports he requested $250K to show up to the reunion

Farrah, on her relationship with Simon and reports he requested $250K to show up to the reunion

"We're friends, I guess we're like cordial."

"Why is that my business? I can go on trips with friends, it's my damn birthday, let me celebrate. I'm no part in his personal conversations. So I don't need to hear that he's supposed to be here, didn't show up, he demanded this. Why tell me that? I didn't ask. So I'm going to just be here and be present and all that's stuff that's not part of this needs to stay there."

"I wasn't brought here and told that I need to talk about this, or I need to be on stage with anybody. So if you wish to make an issue, you should've asked beforehand, you should've let me know and then maybe I would've been accepting of that and because I'm not and I'm freezing my ass off up here, please get to that point. I would love to have a conversation, but I'm not going to waste my whole night like this."

"I think you guys should control the crowd and have a good night."

Farrah, revealing why she's distancing herself from Debra

“I care about my mom, I also don’t want that around my daughter.... There’s a lot of people who don’t understand the dynamic or the things and pieces to put together of why we don’t get along."

"Every therapist I've ever had the last ten years, even when I switched therapists because I don't like to hear it anymore..the therapist keeps telling me [to separate from my mom]. Some people can't be so important that they're damaging to Sophia's emotional development. So if that is going to be an issue then I have to limit my time."

"Yeah, I think to understand somebody's background or upbringing or interactions with their parents or family then they would [understand me better]. I don't feel like...I've just talked about it so much [in treatment]."

"I'm sad that my relationship with my mom isn't better and I'm sad about a lot of things. And I really feel like I'm trying and trying and trying. I just don't want to waste anymore of my future on trying to correct things. It really seems out of my control sometimes."

Michael, to Dr. Drew, taking blame for some of Farrah's issues

"People tease about us that we're dysfunctional. We went through a lot of therapy, Farrah and Debra and I.

"Some of us took it more serious than others, that's just my opinion. But we're doing much better. Some of the things you and I have talked about in the past, my abandonment. [Instead of getting divorced], I would go off and work to avoid the conflict, and that was still abandonment to my daughter." — Michael

"So the avoidance exhibited by David, its just unhealthy." — Farrah

Debra, to Dr. Drew, completing avoiding the abuse allegations

“There was no trauma, there was no abuse that went on.

“She lived in a million and a half dollar house...I’m talking about her childhood right now, Dr. Drew. Let me get it out... a $5,000 gold mirror over her sink.”

"There is no mental abuse, physical abuse, none of that. We lived with Michael. I read through the police report [from when I hit her] the other night. I can bring it.

"You saw a little snippet [on Teen Mom]. I sat there for an hour being mentally and emotionally and verbally abused and I asked her repeatedly to stop it and she would not. I went like this {waves hand} while I was driving the car. I didn't even hit her, I hit maybe her shoulder but I know I hit her seat. There was no way to stop her from escalating."

Debra, on how sad she is she hasn't seen Farrah or Sophia in months

"I am trying to understand what's going on. I haven't gotten to see Farrah or Sophia or talk to her since April. And it breaks my heart. And it's horrible. I have no access to my granddaughter. There is a very strong bond between Sophia and I. And you know what? You can put all the babysitters, all the nannies, all the extraneous people that you have now, you can stick them in the light but that doesn't comfort my grandchild.

"It just hurts me to see my daughter who's so gifted and so talented saying things that are detrimental to me and everybody around."

"From personal experience and professional experience with these kinds of things, it's best to avoid. [Farrah] doesn't use the tools of engagement in an argument, it's all one-sided and you just blast it."

"My psychiatrist, yes, my therapist, no. But I do my own kind of therapy. I just feel like it kinda like...I dunno, maybe filming all my counseling sessions might've ruined it. Does that make sense to you?"

"I was mentioning it out loud, 'I'm having a panic attack...'and all of a sudden Matt says ‘well just keep this between me and you.’ And he just hands me this bar and I stuck it in my hoodie pocket and I didn’t take it. I just turned around and looked at everybody in the room like... I know his past and Amber’s past and stuff so I was like, ‘why the f—k does he have this?’

"I was gonna say something but not until Amber started asking questions, like 'why do you look so high, why are you wobbling around.' Of him. In front of me though. He was kinda like making her second guess herself, like 'I’m just tired,' that type of thing."

"The funny thing is it was in my hoodie pocket. When I went to go look for it to show Amber, Matt was down the hallway and he realized it was in my hoodie. I think he purposely took my hoodie and put it on when he realized what was happening and took the evidence."

Catelynn and Tyler on Butch's sobriety (and him babysitting Nova)

"Butch doesn't seem to be doing that well but I kinda let Tyler deal with it. Butch doesn't effect him in like a negative way. He's like, 'that's my dad... either he's going to get the help, he knows what steps to take, or he's not."

"As far as his sobriety goes, he's not doing good. He's relapsed a couple times. He admits to it now. Cocaine. Crack." - Tyler

"I get it, if I was watching [Butch watch Nova] I'd be like, 'damn.' But at the same time, I'm her dad. I know what's right. You only see a little snippet of her life. You don't know what he's like when he's with her. If you think I'm going to put my child in danger, I can't help that." — Tyler
