Tyler Baltierra Defends Himself After Haters Diss Him For Losing Weight

Tyler Baltierra is defending himself from the haters.
The Teen Mom OG star recently revealed his impressive 30 lbs weight loss, but some Twitter trolls criticized him for losing weight while his wife, Catelynn Lowell, is suffering from depression.
“The only one responsible for managing Cates emotions…is Cate. I have goals too that I refuse to put on the back burner,” he shared.
“I think it’s odd that by me expressing pride in one of my accomplishments & self care, makes me a bad guy just because my wife is also investing in her self care simultaneously.”
He continued, “Am I not allowed to pursue self care while she’s gone? Or am I supposed to wallow in my self pity?”

Tyler Baltierra is proud to show off his new healthy lifestyle.
The Teen Mom OG star has been open with his fans about his transformation, especially since he just hit a major milestone.
In fact, the 26-year-old just revealed he’s lost about 30 pounds in two months!
“The cool thing is, I’m actually learning how to cook pretty decent now!” he tweeted on Wednesday, January 31.

Im not really on a diet I just started caring more deeply about what I was putting in my body. Just a few weeks ago Tyler shared a photo of himself after he lost 26 pounds.
“26lbs DOWN!!! To be honest I didn’t even want to take a before picture, because I was already thinking of me not sticking with it & then having the evidence of failure to look back on,” he shared.
“But DAYYUMM dude! This got me feeling some type of way right now! Left picture was almost 5 weeks ago & Right picture was today.”
He continued, “Eating healthier just feels better & obviously looks better hahaha lol BOOM! #LifestyleChanges #Goals.”
