He’s Over It: T.I. Countersues Tiny Harris to Expedite Divorce

Tiny Harris filed for divorce from husband T.I. back in December of 2016.

Since, the pair has fought rumors involving side chicks, infidelity and even reconciliation.

It appears the Georgia MC himself is finally over the back and forth, filing his own separate paperwork hoping to expedite his divorce from the Xscape singer.

When Tiny initially filed paperwork last year, she considered her marriage “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation,” according to TMZ.

In the following months, however, both musicians expressed desires to reconcile.

Tiny shared with fans via Snapchat that she wanted Tip to “come on home,” while the “About the Money” spitter constantly flirted with his estranged wife via social media.

Most recently, Tiny serenaded her estranged hubby on stage while on tour, leading many to believe the pair were ready to make things right.

Unfortunately that isn’t the case, as Tip filed his response to Tiny’s divorce along with a countersuit seeking his own terms in the case July 10, according to TheJasmineBrand.

Tiny is seeking primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their three kids.

She also wants the judge to determine the amount of child support, visitation and health insurance her soon-to-be ex-husband will have to pay.

Furthermore, the 41-year-old is making a point to fans that she was a boss in her own right before marrying the 36-year-old MC, according to HollywoodLife.

The singer shared a photo of herself back in 1995 alongside one of her most recent shots, telling fans she’s “been doing this s—t on my own” before T.I. was a part of her life.

As R&B fans know, Tiny’s group Xscape released their debut album, Hummin’ Comin at ‘Cha, in 1993 while T.I. didn’t hit the scene until his 2001 debut, I’m Serious.
